Where do you ship from?
Most of our products are shipped from Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.

How long will it take to get my order? 

Most of our items are handmade.  Some are ready to ship but a significant number are also Made To Order.  These may take a number of weeks depending on the item and the order queue.  Please contact us if you require an item by a specific deadline. If 3rd Party Print-On-Demand partners are used, this information will be located in the item description. 

Does Standard Shipping include Tracking? 

Standard shipping rates are Oversize Lettermail (Canada) or Small Packet Air (USA) for most items and do not include tracking.  Upgrades to tracked shipping services are available in the cart and HIGHLY recommended.  During the holiday season, Standard shipping services may be suspended and Upgraded shipping will be the service option.
