Please remember we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to postal and courier service deliveries, weather delays, etc. So please be sure to give yourself a little extra time by ordering by December 1 especially for custom items! As most of our items are handmade, processing times will vary. Please see our FAQ page for details.
